Pricing & quotes

Please don't ring us for a written quote for a home PC. The margins in hardware are minimal and we generally sell below RRP or at RRP. We are only interested selling to clients who want to buy from us because of our after sales service and warranty. Of course we will provide quotes for larger quantities or systems.

Brands & Equipment

We can order any brand (except DELL) and any equipement e.g. large commercial printers, laptops, servers etc.

Payment

A 50% deposit is payable when you place the order (credit card or direct deposit). If paying by cheque we will not place the order until the cheque is cleared. The balance is payable on delivery.

Delivery

If you are in a hurry we can drop ship from the wholesaler directly to you for most brands (1-2 day delivery). For larger items we will charge you the freight.

Installation & setup

Of course we can install & test your equipment on site. Please ask for an 'installed price' when placing your order.

After sales support & warranty

Buying from us means we look after your warranty: You won't have to deal with the manufacturer or third party call centres. Of course if you purchased additional on site warranty the manufacturer will send its own technician but if you have any problems we will always stand by.
