We provide professional on site repairs and maintenance around the clock. For any urgent problems we always offer a same day service.

We charge $120 per hour. There are no call out fees. If we provide phone support you will need a creditcard. We don't charge for calls under 5 minutes. Once the support call goes over 5 minutes we charge you pro rata of our hourly rate.

If we can't carry out the repairs on site and we have to take your computer away for further diagnosis (e.g. hardware issue), we will always call you before we go ahead with any repairs and you will know exactly how much it will cost to repair your computer.

Do not despair if you should get our message bank. We are not far off and will call you back within maximum 2 hours. If your problem is not urgent you can always send us an email to support@ithotline.com.au.
